More than two-thirds of our students are able to attend CSF only because of federal grants and loans, and some also receive private scholarships from the college, generously provided by alumni, parents and friends like you.
Scholarships are awarded on the basis of financial need, academic merit, creative talent, a compelling essay, or other criteria. Some scholarships are named to honor beloved professors or other members of the CSF community such as:
- The Jack Hasted Scholarship Fund
- The Weckesser Endowed Scholarship
- The Mouton-Roney Scholarship
- The R.S. Rodriguez Scholarship Fund

Challenge Grant for the Fighting Prairie Dogs
An anonymous alumnus has pledged $200,000 if other donors will match this challenge to raise money for our new athletics program.
